Updated website..and other ramblings

Hi Loves,
I have spent the morning updating my website and I'm pretty happy with the outcome. For someone who isn't great with computers, I have to say I am very proud of myself for being able to do work on a website. I will continuously be updating it but for the time being this is the new(ish) face of Eat, Drink & Be Married Events:

I'm working hard to try and grow my business over the next year so with 4 assisted weddings and 2 events in 2012 and 2 upcoming weddings in 2013, I am gaining experience and loving every minute of it!

Decorating Wedding Cars

Are you getting a limo for your big day? It seems that most of my brides are choosing to either borrow or use their own vehicles to help save money which I think it a great idea! (Sorry to all limo drivers out there! I still think they are a great way to keep everyone together!) 

I think that there are so many fabulous and cost effective ways to make your get away car just as special as a limo.

What do you think? Would you do any of these for your get away car?
These would also look great on a limo (or any type of car!) if you end up going that route.

A & J's Engagment Party

As part of Jamie's proposal to Amanda was a surprise engagement brunch with all of their close family and friends at Mount Hamilton Baptist Church. It was definitely an incredible day and full of love! Eat, Drink & Be Married Events wishes Amanda and Jamie nothing but love and happiness for their marriage ♥

The brunch was a bit of a challenge to create a beautiful setting in the church sanctuary on a budget on $250 for 85 people! The challenge was definitely worth it to see Amanda and Jamie's faces when they walked in!

ED&BM can't wait for their August 17th wedding!

Happy February, love bugs!

The good news: It's almost February which means VALENTINE'S DAY is almost here and I have been very active on my Twitter account.

The bad news: I have been a horrible blogger. I must confess that I just never remember to blog. It is something that I can't seem to get into so for that I am truly sorry! Now that I have mastered this little thing called Twitter, I will be trying to be more active on my blog. We will see what happens. As 2013 seems to be a promising year in the business world, I will hopefully be able to start posting all the projects that I am working on.
